Adult Pickleball Programs
Pickleball Programs
Kentwood Parks and Recreation offers a variety of adult pickleball opportunities designed for players of different skill levels and interests. With both indoor and outdoor options, players can enjoy the game throughout the year in a fun, active, and social environment.
Adult Pickleball Ladder League
Our Adult Pickleball Ladder League is a great option for players who enjoy individual competition and a dynamic weekly format. Players are grouped into courts of four and partner with each of the other players on their court during the session, creating a mix of competition and variety. At the end of each session, players move up or down the ladder based on performance, allowing for competitive and balanced matchups throughout the season.
This format is ideal for players who want consistent play, opportunities to meet others, and a structure that rewards weekly performance.
Mixed Co-Ed Doubles Pickleball League
Our Mixed Co-Ed Doubles Pickleball League offers a team-based format for players who enjoy competing with a partner throughout the season. Teams consist of one male and one female player and play multiple matches each league night, with standings tracked across the full season.
This league is a great fit for players looking for structured doubles play, steady competition, and a fun social atmosphere built around team play.
Pickleball Tournaments
In addition to league play, Kentwood Parks and Recreation also offers pickleball tournament opportunities. Tournaments provide players with the chance to compete in a one-day event atmosphere while enjoying the energy and excitement of match play in a more condensed format.
These events are a great way for players to challenge themselves, connect with the local pickleball community, and enjoy a fun competitive experience.
Indoor and Outdoor Play
With programming offered both indoors and outdoors, Kentwood Parks and Recreation gives players the opportunity to enjoy pickleball in every season. Outdoor play at Old Farm Park provides a great warm-weather setting, while indoor offerings at the Kentwood Community Center will create expanded opportunities for year-round play.
